Morning Snack: Trail Mix
- 1 oz almonds
- ½ oz raisins
- ¼ oz dried cherries
Lunch: Chef Salad
- 5 slices Canadian bacon
- 3 oz chicken breast
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1½ oz low-fat mozzarella
Afternoon Snack: Rice Cakes & Fruit Salad
- 12 mini rice cakes
- ½ cup cantaloupe
- ½ cup strawberries
Dinner: Shrimp Stir-Fry
- 6 oz shrimp
- ½ cup brown rice
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ cup mushrooms
*After-work out recovery drink = 8 oz low-fat chocolate milk
