P90X, Phase 01: Monday Meal Plan

Here's today's plan, as promised:

P90X Meal Plan: Phase 01 (Level 1) - Monday

Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwich
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 slice Canadian bacon
  • 1 oz low-fat cheese
  • 1 whole wheat English muffin

Morning Snack: Trail Mix
  • 1 oz almonds
  • ½ oz raisins
  • ¼ oz dried cherries

Lunch: Chef Salad
  • 5 slices Canadian bacon
  • 3 oz chicken breast
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1½ oz low-fat mozzarella

Afternoon Snack: Rice Cakes & Fruit Salad
  • 12 mini rice cakes
  • ½ cup cantaloupe
  • ½ cup strawberries

Dinner: Shrimp Stir-Fry
  • 6 oz shrimp
  • ½ cup brown rice
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • ½ cup mushrooms

*After-work out recovery drink = 8 oz low-fat chocolate milk
